An adopted citizen of Munich and graduate in business administration, born in 1962. His first step on the career ladder came in 1985, when he was made responsible for marketing and sales activities for three conference and tourist hotels in Upper Bavaria with the Novotel Deutschland hotel group. There he was to ultimately discover his passion for communication, which brought him to wbpr in 1988. Since then, he has brought his dedication, understanding and love of detail to bear on every aspect of the agency's work – from the design and creation of texts to critical business issues.

His personal motto is "When you take your first step, the direction is more important than the distance."
