Sylke Reiter, born in 1975, is already an old hand in the business, and recently celebrated 10 years on the team at wbpr Potsdam. She embarked on a career at wbpr Potsdam while still a student of Journalism and English Studies. After heading up the area of events/trade fairs, Reiter joined the management team in 2003, before rising to the ranks of executive management at the start of 2008.

Her management style is characterized by flair and intuition and an ability to identify the bottom line in any situation.

Her particular fields of expertise lie in corporate social responsibility and corporate communications, with a focus on SMEs and startups, the design and organization of conferences and events, and the design and implementation of campaigns and competitions. She is also spokesperson for the "CeSaR Mark Brandenburg" business network.

Sylke is married with two children.
